Ness has been an absolute pleasure to work with on the Tomorrow Movement Board. She has been highly supportive in our budgeting process, and her insight into budget planning has been invaluable for us as a small not-for-profit organisation. Ness came on board when we needed her the most, and she came in blazing. I was overworked and tired trying to sort out our finances, and payroll (not really knowing what I was doing). I was working long hours and through the night day by day, we were leaving the management and growth of our business aside just to keep up with the day to day. Ness has performed wonders in our business, and set up many new processes, leaving myself and the other Director to grow our business and confidently know our finances are in the best hands. Although Ness is in another state, working remotely has never been an issue. With online video meetings and cloud-based software, it’s like she is in the office with us. She is always available for us, nothing ever seems too hard for her to handle. We can’t recommend Ness highly enough.

We cannot put into words how grateful we are for the work you have done and continue to do for our business. We went from sleepless nights to having full confidence in our books and records. You have enabled us to be able to make decisions based on data and not just on a whim and that to us is priceless. For anyone looking to add significant value to their business Ness is all that and more. She is professional, has a can do attitude and no question is too ridiculous or complex. I can’t thank you enough for the service you’re providing, honestly just knowing someone is there, and not just someone but a professional there to assist is PRICELESS! Sleepless nights are getting less and less, we have (obviously) bumbled our way through and made such a mess of things so I can’t thank you enough or express how appreciative I am!!!

I have had Vanessa as a bookkeeper for 9 months now after starting my own business, she has been so much more than a bookkeeper though.
